Group Bookings Cancellation:
- 48 hours notice – 50% of the full tour cost per person
- 24 hours notice – 100% of the tour cost per person
- No Show – 100% of the tour cost

Cancellation fee within 24 hours 100% cancellation fee applies.
No shows 100% cancellation fee.

50% deposit due at the time of booking to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable 3 months prior to the dig. Full payment due 1 month prior to the dig. A confirmation email and extra program information will be sent once your booking and payment is finalised.
